Miriam Faye Enfinger Davis, age 85, of Chumuckla passed away on Tuesday, July 12, 2016.
Miriam was born on June 28, 1931, in the Wallace community to Francis Monroe and Hazel Sharritt Enfinger.
She was an active member of Calvary Baptist Church, working with the G.A.'s and in the church nursery. She also loved her time working as a nurse's aide at Jay Hospital and Santa Rosa Hospital.
Miriam was preceded in death by her parents; her husband of 69 years, James Willard Davis; her son, Donnie Davis; and siblings: Lillian (Phil) Heath, Vernon (Else) Enfinger, Dorothy Donnelly, Vera (Aubrey) McBride, Althea Blum, Frances (R.B.) Raybon, Howard (Mildred) Enfinger, Edwina Mock, Franklin Enfinger, Jean Sumlin, and James Enfinger.
She is survived by her children: Brenda (Larry) Gillman, Sandra Neal, and Doug Davis; five grandchildren: Tony (Pika) White, Donna White, Leslie (Pete) Zielinski, Sandra (Tony) Kuhl, and Gordon Gillman; five great-grandchildren: Davis and Ethan White, Tony and Taylor Kuhl, and Elizabeth Gillman; one great-great-granddaughter, Brelynn Kuhl; sister, Gwen (Bert) Riddles; brother Wilton (Nola) Enfinger; sister-in-law Gwendolyn Enfinger, and many nieces and nephews.

A visitation will be held on Friday, July 15, 2016 at Calvary Baptist Church in Allentown at 10:00 a.m. with the service to follow at 11:00 a.m. Brother LaDon Hall, assisted by Brother Dustin Lambert, officiating. Burial followed at the church cemetery.
Trahan Family Funeral Home of Milton was in charge of arrangements.
