1918-2009
Lucille Frieda Allert of the Chumuckla Community passed away on April 14, 2009. Lucille, born in Illinois, moved with her family to Chula Vista, California before moving to Chumuckla in 1991. Lucille is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Edward and 2 grandchildren, Lauren Mitchell and James Jack. Lucille is survived by her children, Donna (Virgil) Ford; Edward (Betty) Allert; Linda (Larry) Mitchell; Sharon Cadger; Peggy (Wayne) Jack; 22 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren and 1 sister, LaVerne Thompson of Weatherford, Texas and numerous nieces and nephews.
Special thank you to Mr. and Mrs. Scott Snyder from Grace Lutheran Church, who lifted her spirits and faith with each visit. Betty Alford ,her friend ,also from Grace Lutheran Church and her 2 caregivers, Leigh Tyler and Billie Hartley. A special thank you to Betty Kirven from Hospice, who made mom smile.
Lewis Funeral Home of Pace, FL is in charge of the arrangements.
